► XC Jen Hitchings Sets W60-64 10K Pending Record
Jenny Hitchings (62) set a new American 60-64 AG record in the 10K road race (pending) with a time of 39:21 at the Nov. 2, 2025 Clarksburg Country Run, breaking the old record set in 2015.
With this new record (pending), Jenny would currently hold 60-64 AG American records in the 5K, 10K, 15K, 10 Mile, 20K, Half Marathon, 25K, 30K and Marathon distance events.
► XC National Masters 5K Champs at GG Park a Huge Success!
Courtesy of Irene Herman: The 2025 National USATF MASTERS 5K XC, hosted by USATF Pacific and held at Lindley Meadow in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park was very successful. Perry Jenkins, Master LDR/XC Chair said it is a great event and a beautiful venue, hinting that we should have it again. This is the most well attended Masters XC 5K Championship he has seen. He was very impressed with USATF Pacific.

► MTF Nancy Simmons Sets a W65-69 800m WR (pending)!
Shout out to Impala Nancy Simmons for her phenomenal World Record W65-69 age group performance in the 800m. Nancy ran a 2:38:05 at the Beverly Lewis Memorial Track and Field Meet in Santa Barbara on Sunday, October 19, 2025, besting the previous WR by 1.56 seconds (pending).
