Two-time Olympian Kim Conley ran 15:36 to take the honors as the 1st American woman and 4th woman overall at the 2019 BAA 5K.

PAUSATF LDR Team Uniform Guideline Reminder
To all teams participating in LDR PAUSATF races: please ensure that ALL team members who intend to score (team) follow the guidelines for identification. Team members must have clearly visible club affiliation on their racing uniforms. If you do not have clearly visible club affiliation on your racing uniform you are subject to disqualification from team scoring if a protest occurs. Please refer to this section on the USATF Pacific LDR guidelines.

2019 Mark Springer Travel Grants
The 2019 USATF Mark Springer Travel Grant application is now open. Funds are awarded for travel expenses associated with the USATF Youth and National Junior Olympic Championships, in an effort to allow young athletes the opportunity to compete amongst the best in our sport.
The grant award is up to $750.00 and must be used as a part of your club’s participation in one of the Following 2019 USATF National Championship events:
