► RR Nur nabs another National mark at Steamboat
Since turning 65, the PA’s Jacob Nur has been on quite a tear. He set 4 M65-69 ARs (5K, 10K, 10 Mile and H Mar). In 2025, when he turned 70 in Aug, he set two ratified M70-74 ARs at 10K and 10 Mile. So far in 2026 he has pending ARs at 30K, 8K, 5K, the Mile, and most recently the 4 Mile mark set at the USATF Masters 4 Mile Championships at the Steamboat Classic in Peoria IL (where it played quite well) with a 24:24 (92.92 AG). Assuming all of the marks get ratified, that would be 5 Road age-group ARs in one year and it’s not even July yet!

► PA PA Proposed Bylaw Changes to Review
A team of USATF Pacific Board of Athletics members has done an extensive review of the PA’s current bylaws and has produced these proposed Bylaw changes.
This pdf document contains two versions of the proposed PA Bylaw changes. It begins with the version that describes the the edits (38 pages). It is immediately followed by a version that has incorporated these edits (36 pages). Please review both documents and email your suggestions to the PA Secretary, Cris Houston.
