FREE TURBO JAV and JAV CLINIC!!! This weekend in conjunction with the Golden West meet and Michael Carter Throws Clinic there is a FREE javelin clinic with Karin Smith, 5 time Olympian in the jav and Channing Wilson, 2016 Olympic Trials participant. Open to all who want to learn jav. This Saturday June 1 at 10AM, at Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado hills.
