► TF, MTF, YTF Tamalpa Summer All Comers Meets
Basic Info
- Cost: Free to all, but you must sign a waiver.
- PLEASE be advised that the Tamalpa Track Workouts and Track Meets will require that all participants have been vaccinated for COVID-19 or have had a negative COVID-19 Test within 7 days of OUR workouts or races to participate in the workout or race.
- Location: San Rafael High School
- Cost: Free to all, but you must sign a waiver.
- Start Time: Warmups start at 6:00 PM, First event (1-Mile) starts at 6:30 PM
- End Time: Final event starts at approximately 7:30 PM
- Evens: 1 Mile, 400M, 800M, 200M, 100M, (2 Mile or 3K) & 5K
- 2 Mile (or 3K) & 5K are run concurrently

► LDR Road Grand Prix comps deferred to 2022
Comps earned from the 2019 Road Grand Prix will defer to 2022. Races are not required to offer comps in 2021, but may do so at their discretion. There is no full-year Road Grand Prix in 2021, however each race that occurs in-person will be scored for Individual and Team prize money. Prize money amounts may be adjusted.
