Congratulations to everyone who participated in our first Road GP Race since the spring of 2020! Since that time, as many of you are aware, the USATF website underwent a massive update. That update has caused some issues with the PA’s Memberlist which gets downloaded from USATF. We expect to have an updated Memberlist available shortly on the PA site. Additionally, the Team Submittal Form is being updated to show the 2021 Race schedule.
As some of you may have seen, the Freedom Fest 5K results have been posted on the race’s website. Unfortunately, the formatting used by the timing company is not usable for our scoring software. I’ve asked the race to send me the results in a format we can use. I will post that file when the updated Memberlist, and updated Team Submittal Form have been posted. The 24-hour protest period for the Freedom Fest 5K will not begin until the results are posted on the PA site.
Please be patient (yes I know you have already waited 15 months) everything should be ready to go in a couple of days.
