Dear High School Cross Country and Track & Field Running Community,

We are excited to announce our 2023 Imagining More High School Summer Running Camp

This camp will be hosted by Shannon Rowbury, a 3-time Olympian and 2-time California State Champion, and it offers high school athletes and their coaches the opportunity to kickstart their summer training, so they can train smarter and hit the Fall positioned to be their best.

Athletes and coaches will be exposed to the skills that sustained Shannon’s 15-year professional running career.  You will learn how to adapt her day-to-day training routine to help achieve your personal running goals.  You will also learn how to recognize and address physical weaknesses to avoid injury.  Each day of our camp will consist of a warmup, workout, recovery meal, strength training and/or running related education.  Shannon will be joined by a team of athletes, coaches, content experts and counselors.

We hope to see members of the high school running community at our June camp!
