PAF Olympic Development Grant Winners Compete Well at USATF Outdoors

Congratulations to our Pacific Association Foundation Olympic Development Grant winners who competed in Eugene at the 2015 USATF Outdoor Championships. Lauren Wallace finished in ninth place overall at 2:00.48, just missing the finals in likely the deepest field in recent history. She qualified for the semifinal round by placing third in 2:02.56 in her preliminary heat which ranked her tenth place overall at that time. Dominque Jackson also qualified for the 800m and finished fourth in her preliminary heat at 2:05.77. That placed her 23rd overall, which was an improvement over her 27th qualifying position. Robyn Stevens placed 4th with a time of 1:45:18.84 in 20 km race walk. Alycia Criderbring finished 14th in the 5000m in 15:49.42 and Amy Haapanen finished 10th with a throw of 65.20m. With many more competitions to come over the summer, we wish them the best as they continue their outstanding seasons.
