Important Changes

for November 15 Roseville PAL Express Meet

At the Pleasanton Heat  youth cross country competitions on Sunday, October 18, a vote was taken to change the format of the youth cross country races that will be held on November 15, 2009.  Specific  changes:

  • Bantam, Midget, Youth age groups will be  combined into a single, same-sex race competing over the distance of  3K
  • To ensure timely and accurate results for  this combined event the Roseville PAL Express Track Club has secured an  automatic timing company
  • All athletes are requested to pre-register  by the deadlines specified in the meet registration flier so the meet can  start on time
