Lydiard is on his Final USA Lecture Tour and is making a stop in San Francisco on Sunday, December 19, 2004.  There will be film footage of “Arthur’s Boys” and Power-Point presentation on the Lydiard training method and hill training video, followed by Q&A by Lydiard himself.
