It’s time to start on our annual Pacific Association Junior Olympic track and field meet
program scheduled for June 20-22, 2008. Anthony Camargo is designing our meet program again
this upcoming year. Please email him regarding any questions pertaining to the art or design
of your ad. If you have suggestions for our track meet program, please let us know that as
well. All advertisement information is due to Anthony no later than May 31, 2008.
The ads will be administered on a first-come first-serve basis. If interested in sponsoring a
particular event please let us know that information as soon as possible. The first person or
organization who pays for a particular event will be the sponsor of that event.
Please make your advertisement print-ready. We will not edit your ad for you. Make all checks
payable to PA/USATF for exact amount listed below. Mail your payment to:

Teams can submit a one-page bio of their team with or without a picture to be included in the
program. Send bio and picture to Anthony Camargo at [email protected]no later than May 31, 2008.
We need your pictures to help complete our program. Outstanding footage is desired for our
cover page. We want our student athletes to be an integral part of this program. Therefore,
if you have any action shot pictures of you and/or other athletes from our 2007 and 2008 track
season that can be used in our program or the cover page, please email them along with the
proper names and credits for those pictures to Anthony Camargo at [email protected]. We also
want artwork by our student athletes throughout the program. Parents and coaches, will you
kindly have your athletes contribute hand-drawn pictures that you would like included in the
program. If possible please, include a short story in their own handwriting, describing their
picture. Be sure to include their name, age and team affiliation.
The following advertisement prices are available to business and public outside advertisers.

Sponsored Events: $ 50 ½ - ¾ page ad located with that particular event listed

All PA/USATF youth teams can advertise at no cost. However, inside covers are not available
