SV Marathon Prize Purse

SILICON VALLEY MARATHON (NOV. 4th) PRIZE PURSE ANNOUNCED

The Prize Purse for The 2007 Metro Silicon Valley Marathon, Half-Marathon presented by Brooks, and 5K Run/Walk presented by Silicon Valley Community Newspapers has been announced! Of course, all prizes will apply to both male and female champions. A quick look at the past results will show that YOU could win one of the following prizes: State of the art treadmills for both the full and half marathon winners, round trip Southwest airfare for the top finishers, and Brooks' packages for the half winner. If you are a local, pick either the 5k, half marathon, or the marathon and the top three receive heart rate monitors in each distance. On top of the new prizes, the course is fast and the weather generally cooperates. This is not the year to miss the 10th annual Silicon Valley tradition.
